Mountain Sales was formed in 2004 by Gilbert Pagan, an executive level professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and recruiting. Mr. Pagan’s experience in various industries from healthcare delivery systems to staffing, recruiting, education and social services has allowed the organization to grow its client base in multiple service related industries. Mr. Pagan is a healthcare trained professional, who has worked at premier medical institutions, such as, New York University Medical Center & Montefiore Medical Center, both in New York City.
He also holds a graduate theological degree, and has completed advanced post graduate work at New York University that has trained him to be a focused, concise, clear, and trusted communicator. This has led to increased sales for clients. This selling skill is shared and imparted into our sales teams.
In 2007, Mountain Sales underwent a name change, to Lease A Sales Rep. This change allowed the organization to further distinguish and refine its core business model of providing outsourced sales solutions to businesses seeking to grow their sales in target markets.
